We provide contract templates, encrypted storage, and optional partner lawyer review. We do not provide legal advice. Outputs are reference forms only. For specific legal matters, use partner lawyer consultation or review.
3. Accounts
You may register via email, OTP, social login, or other methods we support. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and may not transfer it to others.
4. Free and paid services
Drafting and storage may be free. Lawyer review and consultation are paid as shown on the pricing page. Refunds and cancellations follow applicable law and our policies.
5. User obligations
You must not submit false information, infringe others' rights, use the service for unlawful purposes, send abusive automated traffic, or attempt to compromise our systems.
6. Intellectual property
Rights in the service UI, templates, and software belong to us or our licensors. You retain rights in the contract content you enter.
7. Disclaimer
We do not guarantee legal suitability of drafts, dispute outcomes, or third-party transaction results. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law for events beyond our reasonable control.
