Refund terms for paid lawyer review and consultation on The Law and Law. Free drafting and storage are not covered here.
2. No refund after review starts
Once review has started (status: in review or later), refunds are generally not available. This is a digital service provided promptly after payment.
3. Payment errors
Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts due to system errors will be refunded in full or in part after verification.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed via Toss Payments within 3–7 business days depending on your card issuer or bank.
